1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal company name], KvK number [KvK number], which operates Joltura. They apply to the website, the app and every plan, including the free one.
2. Your account
- You must be at least [16] years old to create an account.
- Give us correct information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Using Joltura
You may use Joltura to build apps and websites for yourself, your business or your clients. You may not use it to:
- break the law or help others do so;
- create content that is harmful, hateful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights;
- spread malware, spam or phishing;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of Joltura;
- resell or copy Joltura itself without our written permission.
If you break these rules, we may limit or close your account.
4. AI-generated results
Joltura uses AI to create text, designs and code. AI can make mistakes, so always check the results before you rely on or publish them. Don't use them as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
5. Your content
What you create with Joltura is yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as far as we need to run Joltura for you. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload, such as images, text and logos.
6. Plans and payments
- Prices are shown on our pricing page, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
- Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

- If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least [30] days in advance. The new price applies from your next billing period.
7. Changes to the service

9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage occurred. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
10. Applicable law
